 Dr. Erika Matulich has a doctorate degree from the University of Wisconsin in Marketing, Marketing Research, and Social Psychology. She also has an Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Statistics, and graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Management, and Advertising/Public Relations. She currently is a professor of marketing at the University of Tampa.

Erika is a charter PCM (Professional Certified Marketer), the highest level of certification offered in the marketing industry. She also holds officer positions in the American Marketing Association (Vice President for Communications for the National Technology Special Interest Group and Vice President of Research for the Tampa Bay Professional Chapter of the AMA).

Erika has provided marketing consulting services to over 150 firms, with a focus on entrepreneurial businesses. Her areas of consulting expertise include the following:
