- I am aware of the risk of property damage and personal injury to myself and others in conjunction with the conduct of the Live Oak Combined Driving Event to be held March 22 - 23, 2003, at Live Oak Plantation.

- In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Event, I hereby release and hold the ADS, the AHSA, the FEI, Live Oak Plantation and the Event Organizers harmless for any injury, loss, expense or liability arising in conjunction with the premises or the conduct of the Event on the premises, even if the injury, loss, expense or liability results from an act of commission or omission, including negligence, by them or their Officials, Directors, Employees or Agents.
